I won't be holding my breath about anything meaningful happening that; (a) balances up the great power imbalance between women and men in the family courts such that men have the same rights/power as women; (b) ensures there is an evidence based approach to determining whether female allegations of male-partner abuse (in both isolation and within the family court) are valid; and (c) punishes/penalizes and/or deters women who fail to substantiate their DV/other claims, including those manufactured/used within the family court to gain an advantage and/or deprive children from their right to have a meaningful relationship with their fathers.
